NEW BUILDING EX.PANSION AT W148 S6871 DURHAM DRIVE
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted for Atonement Lutheran
Church on Janesville Road., and
WHEREAS, The site plan shows that there will be additions to
the existing building to include a new sanctuary, kitchen and
entrance addition, and
WHEREAS, The site p1a.n indicates a new parking area with 45
proposed new spaces, and

WHEREAS, The new park:ing area will have access via Janesvil
WHEREAS, The parking addition meets the zoning requirements
for setback and offsets.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
site plan for Atonement L,utheran Church. -a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the driveway entrance be approved
subject to the County Highway Department granting access to
Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to building plan elevations and other plans for signage,
and landscaping.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE,D, That lighting which is compatible with
existing lighting be approved.
