APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR A TWO PARCEL LAND DIVISION-ARNOLD KNUTILLA
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a two parcel land
division for the Arnold Knutilla property at W207 58208 Hillendale
Drive, and
WHEREAS, It is intendled for one of the lots to be a flag
shaped lot with a 30' road abutment, and
WHEREAS, Each of the lots would be in excess of the RS-1
zoning district requirements for 30,000 square feet lot size and
120 feet of average width, and
WHEREAS, The property owner to the south will transfer 4' of
their property to this property in order that the 30' road
abutment will meet the requirement.
