PCR1991076RESOLUTION #P.C. 76-9$, APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION TO DIVIDE PROPERTY IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 18 AND ADDRESSED AS W207 S8230 HILLENDALE DRIVE-SIEGMUND-SQUIRES AMENDED property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and addressed as W207 S8230 Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on April 30, 1991 to divide WHEREAS, The sketch shows a division of four parcels two Of which are flag shaped 1ot.s with 30' access to Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, Each lot would have the required minimum 30,000 square feet for the RS-1 zone district, and WHEREAS, The two flaq shaped lots would be substandard in terms of average width, and WHEREAS, Lot 4 is int.ended to have access to Hillendale through an easement across Lot 2 or 3, and WHEREAS, Lot 4 would not have immediate sewer availability. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the land division for four lots on Hillendale Drive.
