WHEREAS, A site plan ,and construction drawings have been
double front lot, and
WHEREAS, This property is in RS-3/0ED zone district and is a
WHEREAS, There is an existing 20' x 14 1/2' garage StIUCtUKC?
on the property, and
them to be 60% above the size of the residential structure, and
WHEREAS, The regulations for second garage structures allow
WHEREAS, This additional garage structure will increase the
total garage area to approximately 386 square feet of that 60%
requirement, and
a variance in setback of 44' from the center line of Crest Drive. WHEREAS, Its proposed. location from Crest Drive would require
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted the variance for I total garage area and setback from Crest Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
24' x 34' second garage structure for Walter Pulczinski at S66
W18542 Jewel Crest.
