1991 to divide a parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of Section
32, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 19,
WHEREAS, The division of this parcel was approved as a sketch
in Resolution 34-91, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map creates a parcel with
dimensions substantially compatible with the approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map to divide a parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 32 subject to payment of all fees in Chapter 10 of the
land division ordinance.
