WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 30' second garage

WHEREAS, This structure will be located 30' from the north lot
line and 10' from the east lot line, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted the variance from
the east lot line, and
WHEREAS, This structure shall house a tractor, lawn equipment,
bikes and four wheeler, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RCE (rural country estates),
and
WHEREAS, The neighbo~rs located within 100' of the property
have been notified.
a THEREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
24' x 30' second garage structure to house the above listed
equipment.
