NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 ON HILLENDALE-B. LOWE
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted on April 16, 1991 by
Bucky Lowe to create a 6 lot division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18
on Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, Lots 4, 5 and 6 are flag shaped lots with 30’ access
to Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, Hillendale Drive has recently been sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sketch and be receptive to a certified survey map and necessary
fees .
