RESOLUTION #P.C. 69-91
FOR COUNTRY BROOK ESTATES IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16
AMENDED
submitted by Mr. Don Miller on May 1, 1991, and
WHEREAS, A revised sketch for a 56 lot subdivision has been
Plat approved in P.C. 25-91, and
WHEREAS, This sketch is a revision to a previous Preliminary
Preliminary Plat but revises a portion of the interior road
WHEREAS, This sketch substantially agrees with that
layout, and
WHEREAS, It will be necessary to submit a revised Preliminary
City Engineer, and
Plat to all approving and objecting agencies and approval of the
this revised sketch for a 56 lot subdivision for Country Brook
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be given to go back
to the same number of lots on Woods Road as approved in the
Preliminary Plat.
