RE:SOLUTION #P.C. 68-91
IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AND THE W.E.P.C.0 RIGHT-OF-WAY
MUSKEGO COMMUNITY FESTIVAL COMMITTEE
requesting the filling of the wetland abutting Settlers Park and
Horn Field in the NW 1/4 of Section 16 and the W.E.P.C.O.
Right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, The Muskego Community Festival Committee is
WHEREAS, On September 18, 1990 the Plan Commission was
informed that they would apply for a permit, and
WHEREAS, It was the consensus of the commission at that time
to be receptive to filling of the wetland along Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, They are requesting that a two acre pond be approved
along the southerly part of the Electric Company Right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, Permission from the DNR or Corps of Engineers will be
necessary.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
filling of approximately 10 acres of wetland leaving a two acre
pond subject to obtaining a 404, permit and permission from the
Corps of Engineers.
