APPROVAL TO ADOPT AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE TO CLARIFY THE LANGUAGE
REGARDING PARKING OF TRUCKS
WHEREAS, There appeared to be some confusion in
approving/disapproving the parking of trucks in accordance with
Chapter 17, Section 6.04 (4) G.2.c, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Conmission referred the ordinance to the
Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee, and
WHEREAS, The Rules, Laws h Ordinance Committee have now
recommended to the Common Council an amendment to clarify the
language regarding the parking of trucks.
amendments to Chapter 17,. Section 6.04(4)G.2.c and recommend
approval to the Common Council to adopt the amendments to the
ordinance to clarify the language regarding parking of trucks as
proposed by the Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
