to Yaegers to park trucks at W207 58050 Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. #1551-87 the Plan Commission gave permission
and reviewed annually, and
WHEREAS, This permit was granted until sewers were available
Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, The city is now starting to install sewers in
WHEREAS, The Yaegers are requesting parking for two tri-axel
dump trucks, and
WHEREAS, There is no contemplated development of this property
with the exception of three homes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
parking of two tri-axel dump trucks under the same conditions that
were established in P.C. 159-87. 0-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to:
1-trucks be parked inside the building
2-trucks are to be empty when stored
3-yearly review of parking.
