MUSKEGO SHORES-NORSETH PROPERTY
the Common Council for legal lot status of lots 11 and 12 in Block
WHEREAS, A petition for legal lot status has been submitted to
13 of the Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RS-3 with an OED overlay, and
WHEREAS, The zoning requires lot size in RS-3/0ED of 11,250
square feet in area with a minimum average width of 75'.
WHEREAS, This lot has: 58' average width and 150' in length,
which is 77% of the requirement for this RS-3/0ED requirement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval to the Common Council for legal lot status for lots 11
and 12 in Block 13 of the Muskego Shores Subdivision for the
Norseth property.
