APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN FOR R.J. MUELLER ON
ENTERPRISE DRIVE IN THE MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION
5,224 square foot office and warehouse for R.J. Mueller in the
Muskego Industrial Park Addition on Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, Plan have been submitted for the construction of a
WHEREAS, It is a masonry building, and
WHEREAS, There are si.x (6) parking spaces and a drive, and
WHEREAS, There is landscaping along the front and side of the
building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLJJED, That the Plan Commission approve the
building, site and operation plan for R.J. Mueller in the Muskego
Industrial Park with the exception of signage.
