PCR1991056APPROVAL OF REZONING FOR CRAIG ANDERSON-SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 RESOLUTION #P.C. 56-91 FROM RS-2/W to I-l/W rezone 10 acres of land abutting Muskego Industrial Park Addition to the west from RS-2/W t.o I-l/W, and WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Craig Anderson to WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson owns land at the end of Saturn Drive and has access to that street and sewer and water. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the 10 acres in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 be rezoned from RS-2/W to I-1/W.
