PCR1991055APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE POINT ESTATES ADDITION #l RE:SOLUTION #P.C. 55-91 SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 AMENDED WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on March 19, 1991 the SW 1/4 of Section 10, and for Lake Point Estates Addition #1 by Golden Meadow Jt. Venture in WHEREAS, This is abut.ting and west of Squire Glen Estates, and WHEREAS, It appears t.o be identical to the preliminary sketch submitted on January 13, 1988, and WHEREAS, No future st.reet shall be given a name which duplicates one existing n.ame. WHEREAS, That the proposed road extension of Bay Lane Terrace be eliminated, with the lots on either side receiving one half of the property, and WHEREAS, That a pedestrian walkway be shown on the Final Plat Bay Lane; and that it be described on their road construction in the northside of Bridgeport Way to extend from Lot 67, east to drawings and in the Subdivider's Agreement, and WHEREAS, That the cost of the pedestrian walkway be paid for by the City of Muskego with park dedication fees. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Muskego approve the preliminary plat subject to revising the street names and consideration of the concerns from the objecting agencies.
