in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 has been submitted on March 19, 1991
for 54 lots including the outlot, and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Meadow Green West Addition #3
WHEREAS, A preliminary sketch had been approved in 1988, and
WHEREAS, The green area shown has been changed which altered
the road pattern somewhat, and
preliminary plat.
WHEREAS, There are less lots now being proposed in this
recommend approval to the Common Council of the preliminary plat
subject to the recommendations from the objecting agencies being
met.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve and
