PCR1991053APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN FOR BARKER HOMES RE:SOLUTION #P.C. 53-91 IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 (LAKE RIDGE) AMENDED WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted by Mr. Dan Barker of Ridge and located in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, and Barker Homes for a planned unit residential community called Lake WHEREAS, The site plan was reviewed by the city's Police and Fire Department relating to their concerns for traffic safety and access for emergency vehicle services, and WHEREAS, The city's Planning Consultant has reviewed the site plan in relation to safety and access concerns and also for the placement of the buildings and the detached parking structures, and WHEREAS, These reviews are necessary under the regulations for Planned Unit Development and are required prior to P.U.D. approval and rezoning of the property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building and site plan for Lake Ridge Apartment Development in the SW 1/4 of Section 10. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an asphalt path be provided adjacent to the Lannon right-of-way, front of the house, as well where the entrance would be and to obtain some type of dedication as a walkway east of Parkland south from Kozey's road extended to for a third lane and some type of engineering plans for a shadow lane from the western line of the property to serve no more than two buildings exiting off Lannon Road and the road moved back to the original location.
