RESOLUTION #P.C. 51-91
WHEREAS, A site plan and elevation drawings has been submitted
to construct an entrance sign for the College Square Apartment
development, and
WHEREAS, This entranc:e sign review is required by the city's
building, site and operation plan regulations, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance permits entrance signs without
limitations as to size if: the Plan Commission determines that the
sign is suitable, and
WHEREAS, The sign itself will be 3 3/4 square feet in size and
be installed on a decorat.ive brick base, and
non-illuminated and 1ocat.ed within the zoning setback requirements
and not within the vision. corner.
WHEREAS, The sign wou.ld be sandblast letters in stone,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
entrance sign for College Square Apartments in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5.
