PCR1991050APPROVAL TO VACATE ROAD RESERVATION AND RIGHT OF WAY

WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate a 30' road
reservation behind Parcels 1-4 of the certified survey map X1998
in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 on Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, This reservation was to allow for development of
lands to the west having access off Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, The 30' dedication for a public street south of
Parcel 4 has been vacated in Resolution #P.C. 32-79, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to develop lots to the west with
access to Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in P.C. #11-91 to develop
land to the west and sewer for this land will still run to Gold
Drive through an easement:.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council that the 30' street dedication to the west
of Parcels 1,2,3 and 4 in certified survey map 1998 be approved.
