create a 64 lot subdivision known as Golden Bay in the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, and
WHEREAS, On March 13, 1991 a preliminary plat was submitted to
WHEREAS, The prelimin.ary plat has been submitted to Racine
County Planning Departmen.t for approval, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plat approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
preliminary plat for Gold.en Bay in the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Town
of Waterford and rec0mmen.d approval to the Common Council for a 64
lot subdivision subject to the submittal of the application fee.
