WHEREAS, It is proposed to fill in a wetland area, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve all fill in the
wetland area, and
WHEREAS, The fill will extend back to the rear of the lots
that are being proposed hecause of city sewers being extended down
Woods Road,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
of the wetland to approximately 200' west of Woods Road in
1/4 of Section 17.
