for Superior Painting and Decorating was approved, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. # 75-90 the building, site and operation plan
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2 with an 00s overlay, and
WHEREAS, Freestanding and projecting flat wall signs are
permitted in this district under the regulations of the B-1
district, and
to be 20', and
WHEREAS, The B-1 permits a freestanding sign on the 150' lot
feet which includes both signs, and
WHEREAS, This freesta.nding sign would not exceed 24 square
WHEREAS, This sign will be located at the base setback line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sign as proposed with the exception that it not exceed 24 square
feet.
