existing Lincoln Point Shopping Center sign at the entrance to the
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 4' x 10' sign on an
Lincoln Point Shopping Center located at 563 W13700 Janesville
Road, and
sign to be located on the south wall of the west wing of the
proposed KK Federal Bank, and
WHEREAS, They are also proposing a 32 square foot flat wall
WHEREAS, The request for a separate freestnding sign had been
denied by the Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve all signs in this
B-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
new 4' x 10' illuminated freestanding sign and the flat wall sign
at S63 W13700 Janesville Road.
