RESOLUTION #P.C. 39-91
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
WHEREAS, A site plan,. building elevation and floor plan have
been submitted by John Groh for the College Square development
located at College Avenue and the proposed street Regency Court in
the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The development is a P.U.D. (Planned Unit
Development) requiring approval of these plans, and
WHEREAS, The site plan indicates that the eight 8-family
buildings will be constructed with attached garages which is a
revision from an origina:l sketch showing detached garages, and
WHEREAS, The building elevations indicate that the buildings
will be constructed usinq aluminum siding and incorporating brick
and brick veneer on each' of the elevations, and
WHEREAS, The site plan includes the requirement previously
established for the pathway connecting the adjoining school
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
site plan, building elevations and floor plans for the College
Square development in the NE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a landscaping and lighting plan for the development.
