APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED' SURVEY MAP IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 34
TOM HUCKSTORF
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Tom
Huckstorf to create a one acre parcel located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 34, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution 26-91 (amended)
approved the one acre land division subject to a notation being
placed on the map that a possible assessment may be necessary in
the future for a road, an.d
WHEREAS, The certified survey map shows a 66' easement for
ingress and egress the entire 200' width of the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The map also includes the wording as requested by the
Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 26-91 (amended).

THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
