WHEREAS, A request has been submitted requesting permission to
WHEREAS, The ordinance as amended in 1987 restricts the
parking of a commercial 1/2 ton, 3/4 or 1 ton pick-up with no more
property or equipment for business purposes, and
than 4 rubber road tires licensed as a truck and used to transport
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit the parking if in
their opinion the request, is such that it will not affect the
health, safety, morals, comfort, property and general welfare of
the residents. The Planning Commission may consider any and all
relevant factors including but not limited to: development in the
surrounding area, size of: specific lot and general lots in
surrounding area, effect on general attractiveness and character
of the surrounding area, etc.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
parking of a commercial truck at W206 510513 Debra Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVElD, That this permission to park a
commercial truck is subject to a one (1) year review.
