WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 40‘ x 26‘ pole barn on
3.05 acres of land at Wll37 59222 Racine Avenue for Chris Varsos,
. and
WHEREAS, This building will be used for the storage of
supplies and lawn furniture, and
snowmobiles, snowmobile trailers, garden tractor, swimming pool
WHEREAS, The residents located within 100‘ of the property
have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
40’ x 26’ second garage structure (pole barn) for the storage of
snowmobiles and trailer, garden tractor, swimming pool supplies
and lawn furniture at W187 59222 Racine Avenue.
