WHEREAS, A Declaration of Restrictions has been submitted for
Meadow Green West Addition #2 by the Boehms.
for Meadow Green West and Meadow Green West Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, These are the same as the Declaration of Restrictions
years from the date of recording.
WHEREAS, These restrictions will expire in twenty-five (25)
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Declaration of Restrictions for Meadow Green West Addition #2 in
the NE 1/4 of Section 16.
