FOR SECOND BUILDING FOR RAAB INVESTMENT COHPANY
APPROVAL OF BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
IN THE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SATURN AND RACINE
WHEREAS, Lt is proposed to construct a second building in
the Muskego Industrial Park on the Southwest corner of Saturn and
Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The Site Plan approved in P.C. #60-90 adopted
April 3, 1990 approved the original building showing a second
building to the west, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to construct the second
b building, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to have the employee parking to the
rear of the building and the customer parking in the setback area
along Challenger.
1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building Site and 0peraf.ion Plan for the second building for
Raab Investment Company located in the Industrial park at the
Southwest corner of Saturn and Racine Avenue. b
