WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 45' second
garage structure (stable) for John Dietrich at S76 W20476
Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, This stable will be constructed on a 4.75 acre lot,
and
WHEREAS, A notice has been sent to 13 property owners withj.n
100' of S76 W20476 Hillenda1.e. and
WHEREAS, This stable will be used €or the housing of three
horses and a garden tractor, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSl/RCE and the stable I
conforms to those zoning districts.
! THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30' x 45' second garage structure (stable) for John Dietrich
at 576 W20476 Hillendale.
