APPROVAL OF SKETCH TO DIVIDE A ONE ACRE PARCEL OUT OF A FARM IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 34 FOR TOM EUCKSTORF
AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a one acre parcel out OE
a farm in EA (Exclusive Agricultural) in the SW 114 of Section 34
€or Tom Huckstorf, and
WHEREAS, TAis property is zoned EA (Exclusive Agriculture
and Agriculture) and one acre lots can be created for farm
consolidation purposes, and
WHEREAS, There will be a permanent easement to this lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch €or land division in the SW lj4 of Section 34 and be
receptive to a certified su'rvey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That it shall be noted on the Final
Plat that there may be a possible assessment in the Euture for a
road.

TO ALLOW TEMPORARY GRHENHOUSE APPROXIMATELY 20' X 40'
APPROVAL TO AMEND BUIILDING. SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
AND 10' SUNSCREEN FOR ALVIN BASSE
AT 570 Wlli050 JANESVILLE ROAD
AUENDED
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted to construct a temporary
greenhouse approximately 20' x 40' and a 10' sunscreen to the
south end of the existing building for Alvin Basse addressed
570 W16050 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. #91-t;9. the original Building Site and
Operation Plan was approved.. and
WHEREAS, seven evergreens, 3' to 4' in height will be
planted along the southside of the temporary greenhouse, and
WHEREAS, the request also includes an expanded retail use
a to include all items normal1.y sold in a retail store.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan to allow the
temporary 20' x 40' greenhouse and 10' sunscreen for Alvin Basse
with the following conditions to be met: 1.) that the temporary
greenhouse would operate from April 1 to August 1; 2.) when not
in operation, the outside hoops of the greenhouse would be
removed; 3.) that mature tress of 3 to 4 feet be planted along
the southside of the greenhouse as stated above.
