SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for 62 lots in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16 has been submitted, and
141-90, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved a sketch in P.C.
WHEREAS, This site has 43 acres in the RS-l/L/OPD overlay, and
WHEREAS, The condit.ions of the Plan Commission have been met
regarding the number of lots including the outlot for a
playground, and
WHEREAS, This subdivision will be served by sewer and water.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
preliminary plat subject to the final plat showing that none of
the lots can have direct access to Woods Road and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of all other
fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance and compliance
with the objecting agencies and City Engineer's concerns.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 15' easement that was to
be donated to the City of Muskego and the bridge requirement are
not a requirement of t:he Preliminary Plat approval.
