PCR1991024APPROVAL OF DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR COLLEGE SQUARE RI2SOLUTION #P.C. 24-91 NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 AMENDED subdivision in the NE 1/11 of Section 5 has been submitted, and WHEREAS, Declaration for Restrictions for the College Square WHEREAS, This is a P..U.D. (Planned Unit Development), and WHEREAS, The Declarations have been reviewed by the staff and it is recommended that paragraph two on page two be worded to eliminate the words "for a period of 50 years" and $7 on page three to state that the yard grades be established in accordance with the final grade plan as submitted by the developer, and WHEREAS, The final plat was approved in P.C. 23-91. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission accept the Declaration of Restrictions for this P.U.D. in the College Square subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 5. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEID, That page 3 (E) state that at the lot owner's discretion and not in violation of the city ordinances no animals... C.
