PCR1991023APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR COLLEGE SQUARE SUBDIVISION RESOLUTION #P.C. 23-91 NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 AMENDED WHEREAS, A final plat for the College Square subdivision has been submitted, and WHEREAS, There are eight 8-family lots and six single-family lots abutting Hillendale'Drive, and WHEREAS, The preliminary plat had been approved in P.C. 58-90 on 4/3/90, and WHEREAS, The Developer's Agreement and Letter of Credit will be submitted for the improvements, and WHEREAS, The Outlot 1. is proposed to be conveyed to the adjoining property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the recommend approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of all final plat for College Square in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 and other fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance and compliance with the objec:ting agencies and City Engineer's concerns. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the final plat not be signed until Outlot 1 is removed. from the final plat. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to the City Attorney's approval concerning the easement that has been brought forth by Valley Sand and Gravel.
