APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR KARA COURT SUBDIVISION
SE 11'4 OF SECTION 9
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted to create four
single-family residential lots, and
WHEREAS, Two single-family lots had been created abutting
the lake under certified survey map #6296, and
WHEREAS, Outlot 1 wili be transferred to the area known as
Bay Breeze and Outlot 2 will be reserved for commercial
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat of Kara Court in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 and
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of
all other fees in Section 113 of the land division ordinance and
compliance with the objecting agencies and City Engineer's
concerns.
