APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT POND FOR LAKE POINT ESTATES
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 10
AMENDED
WEEREAS, A request to re-design an existing pond in Lake
Point Estates subdivision has been made and
WHEREAS, A final plat had been approved in Resolution BP-C.
1-91 on January 15, 1991, and
WHEREAS. It is to be c!xtended to the southeast providing a
rip rap at the outfall and maintained on four lots within the
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The slopes will be approximately 5 to 1 with 7' of
water retention.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the re-construction of the pond in accordance with Section 8 175
of the zoning ordinance subject to the Highway Superintendent
approving the spillway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the approval does not usurp
the authority of the Department of Natural Resources and the Army
Corps of Engineers.
