APPROVAL OF LAKE VIEV HIGHLANDS (DAWSON) FINAL PLAT
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5
WHEREAS, The final plat of the first phase in the SW 114 of
Section 5 for Lake View Highlands has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, Copies have Ibeen submitted to all approving and
objecting agencies, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat as amended by consensus at
the October 16, 1991 meeting, and
WHEREAS, The final plat complies with that approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL'VED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council approval of the final plat for
Lake View Highlands in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 subject to all
concerns of the approving and objecting agencies and the City
Engineer being answered and payment of all fees required in
Section 10 of the Land Divi!;ion Ordinance.
