APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE FOR STATE FARM INSURANCE
JIM HAAG, S76 W17603 JANESVILLE ROAD
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted showing sufficient
parking and access at S76 W17603 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This use is permitted without building, site and
operation plan approval in the B-3 district, and
WHEREAS, The signage needs Plan Commission approval. and
WHEREAS, It is intended to have an illuminated flat wall
sign and freestanding sign which will be located no closer than
62' from the center of Janesville Road advertising State Farm
Insurance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the illuminated flat wall and freestanding sign at S76 W17603
Janesville Road for State Fa.rm Insurance subject to the
illuminated sign having a timer to go on at dawn and off at I1 00
P.M.
