APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BAY LAWN SUBDIVISION SOUTH
LARRY HERMANSON - SW 114 OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, This 14 lot subdivision lies directly south of the
Ray Lawn Subdivision and attached thereto, and
WHEREAS, This property has sewered lots and meet the RS-2
zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, Melanee Drive will end in a temporary cul de sac
and the lots meet the requirements of the zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the preliminary plat layout and design
subject to answering any concerns of the approving agencies and
the city engineers.
