APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NE 114 OF SECTION 7 FOR BEULAE SIECER
AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide two lots in the NE 1/4 of
Section 7, and
WHEREAS, These two lots lie north of two previous lots
divided in the NE 114 of Section 7 in November of 1983.
WHEREAS, A 66' road dedication is shown with 33' under a
separate ownership, and
WHEREAS, The street improvements have never been provided,
and
t WHEREAS, Parcel 1 will be the third dwelling on this road
reservation, and
WHEREAS, This lot is Ithree acres in size and is not in the
sewer district, and - WHEREAS, The Plan Commission should establish a policy of
how many lots and under what conditions successive land divisions
can be made giving access through an easement or road.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map €01 Beulah Sieger in the NE 114 of
Section 7 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
approval from the city engineers and payment of all fees in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance subject to a note on
the face of the plat statin!: that those lots would be assessed
when the road improvement is installed.
