PCR1991015SECTION 10 APPROVAL RESOLUTION CPsC. 15-91 TO REZONE 18.4 ACRES OF LAND IN THE SW 114 OF FROM RSM TO RSMIOPD FOR BARKER HOMES-DAN BARKER WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone 18.4 acres of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 from RSM to RSM/OPD, and WHEREAS. A sketch was previously submitted, and WHEREAS, An ordinance to amend the city's zoning map from RS-2 to B-2/RSM was previously approved on April 28. 1987. and WHEREAS, The Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) will grant more control as to the locarion and preservation of this environmentally sensitive area, and WHEREAS, The access for this property must he off Lannon Drive and Parkland Drive, and WHEREAS. It appears that the P.U.D. would be more desirable for both the city and developer, and WHEREAS, A building, s:ite and operation plan will need to be submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the zoning district map be amended to show an O.P.D. overlay over this 18.4 acres in the SW 1/4 of Section 10.
