WHEREAS, It is propost:d to construct a 24' x 26' second
garage structure at 571 W13445 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, This is a 66,000 square foot lot in the RS-2
zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The location of the garage structure conforms to
that zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Six neighbor:; located within 100' of this property
have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24' x 26' second garage structure at S71 W13445 Woods Road
for John Schulte.
