APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN
WARE:HOUSE ADDITION
S81 W19077 APOLLO DRIVE-JSE ELECTRIC
WHEREAS, Construction drawings and a site plan have been
submitted by JSE Electric for construction of a new warehouse
addition at S81 W19077 Apo1l.o Drive, and
WHEREAS, This addition will be a 48 1/2' x 92' extension on
the west side of the building, and
WHEREAS, The front of the addition will maintain the front
line of the existing structure and meet all the setback
requirements of the Industrial Park Regulations, and
WHEREAS, The addition will be constructed of masonry block
a. which will extend around the side of the addition in accordance
w~th the Industrial Park Regulations, and
WHEREAS, Additional parking spaces are to be provided on an
asphalt surface along the si.de of this new addition with a
landscaped area along the side lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the new warehouse addition with parking area for JSE Electric at
S81 W19077 Apollo Drive.
