The sign is :intended to advertise the services of KK Federal Bank a proposed ):enant within the shopping center, and WHEREAS. The Plan Cornmission has previously approved a shopping center sign for Lincoln Point, and WHEREAS. The sign regulations allow the Plan Commission to modify the zoning district requirements of height, size and location of such signs, but not including the number of signs, and WHEREAS. This sign meets all other requirements of the zoning district except for number of signs allowed. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission architecturally approve the plans €or KK Federal Bank's freestanding sign. @ Pg. 2, PC12-91 RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 'That the approval be contingent upon the Board of Appeals granting a variance to allow the second freestanding sign to be constructed at the site.
