APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR 5 LOT LAND DIVISION NE 1 I4 SECTION 5-THOMAS FERGUSON
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to subdivide the
Thomas Ferguson property inro five residential lots, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots are al.1 larger than 1 1/2 acres
except for one, and
WHEREAS, All the lots will have frontage out onto
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, They meet the RS-2 zoning district regulations for
lot size and average width, meet the land division requirements
for at least 30' of roadway frontage and are intended to be
sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the five lot land division sketch for the Thomas Ferguson
property and will be receptive to a certified survey map.
