APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE SE 114 SECTION 5
ROGER FEEST
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 1/10/91 by
Roger Feest to divide Parcel 4 of certified survey 116070 in the
SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS. These lots are served by municipal sewers. and
WHEREAS, In P.C. fl74-67, Approval of Sketch (8 Lot Land
Division) a variance had been granted for the average width on
Parcel 1, and
WHEREAS. Parcel 2 meets the zoning requirements for RS-
3/OED.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Roger Feest in the SE 1/4 of Section
5 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
approval from the city engineers and payment of all fees in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
