APPROVAL OF DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR LAKE FOREST SUBDIVISION
AMENDED FOR 59 LOTS-LAKE: FOREST RESIDENTIAL, INC.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in P.C. 178-90 approved the
final plat on 10/16/90. and
WHEREAS, This is a Planned Unit Development and deed
restrictions have been submitted covering the first 59 lots of
the Lake Forest subdivision, and
WHEREAS, These deed restrictions are different than the
zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended deed restrict~iorls discussed at the meeting on 1/15/91
for this P.U.D. known as Lak.e Forest subdivision in the SE 114 of
Section 8 and NE 1 /4 of Sect:ion 17.
