WHEREAS, A request has. been submitted to the Plan
Commission for the approval of a 14' x 16' second garage
structure on a lot in the Fountainwood Addition No. 2 subdivision
at 564 1412979 Kipling Court for George Cichacki. and
WHEREAS, This building has been constructed and placed too
close to the lot line, and
WHEREAS, The owner wil.1 comply with the 15' offset.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
i the second garage structure subject to the removal of the east

10' of the building to comply with the zoning ordinance within
three (3) months.
