APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR LAKE POINT ESTATES
SE 1/4 SECTION 10-GOLDEN MEADOWS JT. VENTURE
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted in the SE 114
Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat had been approved in P.C.
207-A-90 dated 12/18/90.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 41 lot subdivision known as Lake Point Estates in the SE 1/4
Section 10 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
to receipt of 11 other fees in Section 10 of the land division
ordinance and ‘compliance with the objecting agencies and City
Enqineer’s concerns.
