PCR1991000BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the zoning be changed from RS-2 to RS-3/0PD for the Plum Creek Development. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted /- 7- 72- Defeated Deferred cds 12/31/91 .c a APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION RESOLUTION #P.C. 221-91 IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT AMENDED Creek Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for Terra Development, and WHEREAS, Terra development has submitted a sketch for Plum WHEREAS, The sketch indicates a proposal to develop 127 single family lots, five single family affordable housing lots, 17 duplex lots, three zero lot line duplex lots and 11 eight-family lots for a total of 260 units, and WHEREAS, Upon favorable review by the Plan Commission, the applicant will request a rezoning from RS-2 to RS-3/0PD. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Preliminary Plat with the following conditions: 1. attached garages, plus one paved parking stall and one paved visitor parking space be provided for all 8-families; duplexes will also have an attached two car garage i 2. lots will not be decresed in size because of floodplain or wetlands and density will not be reduced 3. driveway for corner lots along Woods Road not access Woods Road 4. lots on the west side of the development be a minimum of 13,500 square feet 5. maintain the average lot size of 17,400 square feet 6. no lots would be smaller than 13,500 square feet in the single family area 7. homeowners will be responsible for open space 0
